Booting in safe mode somehow repaired my startup. So, im like, what do?! Gotta fucking format again!? Reboot it once more and the shit logs in fine.

Cant get to the windows update menus or anything. And the start menu doesnt even fuckin work. Started googling, apparently this shit happens to people with the updates fucking up the boot shits, I manage to get it to start in safe mode. Did a hard shut down, tried a couple times, fucking changed my windows password. Like, i enter my pass/pin and it slides up, goes black, and the fucking lock screen shit comes right back up.
